For a group of 20+ people, sound bath with the Tibetan singing bowls, Vietnamese gong and Indian bamboo flute. Lie down and fill your body, mind and existence with pure sound and vibration. The deep meditation will transport you exactly where you need to go - whether it is a space of peace, relaxation, healing, joy, or manifestation. What you see, feel or experience is unique to each person. Variations: ~ Pure sound of the bowls - deep healing ~ Guided journey through the chakras ~ Goddess mantras

Hatha Yoga - Gentle Meditative Movement Class - 1

Combination of Hatha yoga asanas (postures), Pranayama breathing and meditation in a gentle 90 minute class. This slow and intentional meditative class brings into balance your masculine and feminine aspects, creates flow throughout your body systems, and channels the life force (prana). Perfect if you are a beginner, if you are getting back to practice after a long while, or if you wish to connect deeply through breath and awareness to each part of your body - awakening flow, energy and flexibility in every part of the physical and energetic body.
