Pranic Healing and Spinal Energetics These are two powerful forms of energy healing that remove blockages in the energy field, spine and chakras to release trauma and tension, restoring balance and promoting physical, emotional and mental health wellbeing. Working together with doctors, therapists and other practitioners, I provide a complementary healing service that allows you to heal your mind, body and spirit to embark on a life of health, happiness and vitality. The A to Z Holistic Healing Toolbox is a bespoke programme for adults with all the tools you will need to promote healing for your Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational and Emotional (SPIRE) wellbeing. It includes a 2-hour session per week (12 sessions in total) which includes consultation, technique practice and an energy healing session. Also included in the programme is a comprehensive manual, mindfulness and meditation coaching and journalling resources.
