What you will learn

Fun for the child and the parent/teacher! Create a habit of self-care for yourself and your children or students. Learn how to embody mindfulness so that you can offer a kind, caring and authentic presence to yourself and those you care about. Learn child-friendly practices for concentrating, caring, connecting, nourishing, healing, and dealing with fear during these times. This online course held over 8 weekly sessions will allow you to explore a toolbox of mindfulness practices. Each live session includes a blend of teaching, practice, reflection and optional Q&A. There will be a full suite of guided practices and other mindfulness resources to support your practice during the week - whether at school or at home. We will learn some songs to care for our hearts and will explore our own mindfulness practice - as well as how to share it.
